I discovered this establishment through sheer
happenstance while day lighting for that very popular app-based digital
subscriber company called UBER.
Actually, that is about the only way that you will find this place other than
word-of-mouth or if you live out in the rural area of Charlotte, North
Carolina, known as Indian Trail. If the name is not apparent, yes,
this area was once part of a Native-American/American Indian trail that
once supported our oftentimes forgotten pioneers. This area was mainly occupied
by Catawba and Cherokee Indians who were the two dominant tribes
here before they were both tricked and/or forced to leave by the European
settlers who now own most of their land.
Today, the Catawba Indians have been forced to live in Upstate South Carolina just outside of Rock Hill, while the Cherokee were forced into the Great Smokey and Blue Ridge mountains in the south west region. The other half of the Cherokee tribe were forced out of North Carolina during a shameful event which today is known as the Trail of Tears in 1838 during the presidency of Andrew Jackson; our nation ′s 7th President. You can find out more about our area Native American tribes in the books Charlotte From A Tour Guide ′s Perspective and More Charlotte From A Tour Guide ′s Perspective published by CBP Publishing Company. Now back to the matter at hand…
