Ironically Ms. Joelle is now marketing herself as Queen Charlotte which brings up the question; "Was her majesty dishonest?" Based on my experience with her these past two decades, the answer is of course; Terri Joelle is very dishonest, an opportunist, cunning, manipulative, a back stabber, and able to coerce folks more intelligent and educated than her into her web of deceit. She never went to college but is now considered, by some, a Charlotte historian. In her latest SCAM, as Queen Charlotte, she fails to mention how she progressed from doing nails to giving professionally guided tours of Charlotte. Her narrow selective memory glides over the many hours of training she received from myself, my tour script, and my free business consulting (to include start-up and accounting) which allowed her to start her first venture Historic Adventours; a name that I created for her as my then trusted licensee.
She then quit abruptly, leaving me hanging, to work for my then main tour competitor - Clarke Allen of Charlotte Arrangements, despite our non-compete agreement. He agreed to pay her a meager $30,000 per year per court records. She was grossing on average $750 a week as my licensee which amounts to a pay cut of $5,100 after my 10% royalty fee. Guess she did not do the math? It was more-than-likely greed that led her to become the person she is today; something she learned no doubt from Clarke who for many years has been trying to steal my very popular Charlotte Black/African-American Heritage Tour™. A tour that I developed from scratch in 1992. He continued to work with Terri after I informed him of our licensing agreement as well as promote their version of my registered Charlotte African-American Heritage Tour™.
She now claims to be the mother of Charlotte African-American Heritage Tours [View, Download; scroll to 21:13 and 34:15], although I have owned that tradename since 1993 as well as the North Carolina servicemark Charlotte Black Heritage Tour™ since 1994. In addition, she is using information that she obtained from my QCT Charlotte Pilgrimage Tour™ as if it were her own [View, Download; scroll to 34:21, how to ID Slave graves].
She has also recently lied about her knowledge of my company while attempting to deceive a potential customer. I have crossed paths with many dishonest crooks in the Queen City since I arrived here in 1985 and Ms. Chambers has now taken her place among them. Because of her breach of contract to not compete our ability to continue our college scholarships, donate to non-profit causes, sponsor Black sports teams, offer free rides to the voting polls, and provide free tours to the underprivileged has been stymied. As such, I will continue to document her and their misgivings in hopes that someone honest will put an end to their evil. God is always watching people!

Response to QCT Rebuttal by Juan Whipple. Ms. Chambers' employment has been terminated from the City of Charlotte and it has come to my attention that Ms. Terri (A.K.A. Terry) Joelle Polk Chambers has actually engaged in an online campaign to discredit the facts surrounding her blatant disregard of the truth and subsequent manipulation of otherwise honest people. The fact of the matter remains that she knowingly and willingly signed a contract which included a clause that she agreed to not compete against me and my company within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC. Ms. Chambers has openly and blatantly breached her contract [Artest Reunion 2006] and continues to do so as she some how thinks that her signed contract is invalid because of the shear and utter prejudice and neglect of established contract laws by a dishonest judge. These laws state that a contract is valid if 1. There is an offer and acceptance, 2. That the person signing is at least 18 years of age, not intoxicated, not coerced, not illiterate, and not mentally incompetent, etc. None of which Ms. Chambers could claim as a defense.
This dishonest Judge stated in open court that he would notify me of his decision in this matter. After several weeks of being told by the District Clerk of Courts that his decision had not been rendered, I was shocked after making an in-person visit to the court only to find out that this so-called "honorable" District Judge had eased his decision in after the cut off date for an appeal. As a retired military veteran who has trained hundreds of initial entry and advance infantry soldiers to protect this country from foreign and domestic foes; I am quite disappointed in our so-called legal system that allows people like Ms. Terri Joelle Polk-Chambers, and others to basically disregard the law unscathed.
Furthermore, she worships the ground of another liar and thief -- Mr. Clarke D. Allen of Charlotte Arrangements; who was once sued by a former female employee for stalking. Ironically, this sleazy businessman was able to somehow finesse his way into organizing a birthday party for the late Dr. Maya Angelo with the blessings of Oprah Winfrey -- who herself has been abused by men! It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out where Ms. Chambers a.k.a. Terri Joelle got the idea of filing the false stalking charges against me. I guess this self-proclaimed hustler from Philly never read the Boy Who Cried Wolf book!
It should also be noted that Ms. Chambers a.k.a. Terri Joelle is the only contract guide hat has breached her contract with my company since its founding in 1993. The terms of which clearly state that "she will not compete with my company within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC."

Ms. Chambers is currently under investigation by the Internal Affairs Department of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and is no longer employed by the City of Charlotte/Passenger Vehicles for Hire Department. She has reportedly been hired once again by Charlotte Arrangements, owned by Clarke D. Allen, to conduct illegal city tours using our registered trademark.

Me and 3 female tour guests were accosted by an older Black male near the Queen Charlotte statue in Uptown Charlotte while I was conveying her connection to the Queen City. He acted as if he was on PCP while yelling obscenities and banking on my tour van window on the passenger side where the females were sitting. I encouraged them to stay calm and eventually this barbaric dreadlock-wearing older Black man left before I could call the police. I did report this matter to the then DA of Charlotte. I had seen him before in the company of Terri Joelle Polk Chambers. I later found out that his name is Jae Sprauve; her accomplice who she has more-than-likely illegally disclosed my reservation trade secrets and infringement gathering techniques.

Sgt. William Strain (of CMPD) pulled over my tour van for no apparent reason on Queen's Road West in the Myers Park Community. He then asked me to exit and then begins to harass me about a license that I was not required to have since operating tours in Charlotte since 1993. He hands me a booklet and right about that time Ms. Terri Joelle Polk Chambers exits his police cruiser with dark pants and a light blue CMPD polo shirt and sewn on badge. She then begins writing a ticket after Sgt. Strain hands her my driver's license which contains my address and birth date. Sgt. Strain then signs the ticket, hands it over to me, and with a smirk on his face returns to his cruiser. Little did he know, one of my elderly tour guests called our number and left the following voicemail message. The ticket was written by Ms. Chambers but filled out as if Sgt. Strain (an on duty CMPD Officer) had written it. It was for not having a PVFH (Passenger-Vehicle-For-Hire permit); something she did not have while conducting tours as a licensee for me or employed by Charlotte Arrangements. This incident prompted me to file a complaint with then Mayor Patrick McCrory who, unlike Mayor Foxx, did something about this abuse of power.<<<Back to Page 1
